Q: What Are the Store Hours?
A: We are open Tuesday-Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 10am-6pm and closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Q: Where do you get the puppies that you sell in your store?
A: We hand pick our puppies from responsible breeders and test them for both temperament and health before obtaining them for our store.
Q: What happens to the puppies that don't sell?
A: This will be a rare occasion. However, if a puppy gets older and doesn't find a home, the puppy will be inherited by the training school, Classic
Canine, where it will continue with its training program and will then be offered for adoption as a fully trained adult dog.
Q: Are customers allowed to bring their own dogs to the store?
A: But of course! As a boutique, supply store, and training center, we love to have dogs come in. Many owners like to see if certain clothes,
collars, or carriers are the right size for their canine. So, they need to bring their companions along.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: On retail merchandise sold in the store and boutique we offer returns and exchanges with the original receipt within 14 days of the date of
purchase. For food and supplements purchased we will accept exchanges on food for palatability, allergy, or other issues with an original receipt and
the remainder of the product.
Puppy Returns
We do not accept returns on puppies for any reason. This includes reasons such as landlord issues, allergy issues, or personal reasons. Please
make sure you are ready and able to make the commitment of a new dog before moving forward with the commitment. We do have warranties on the puppies for
their health, which are provided at the time of purchase.
